You guys made our stay really nice! It was perfectly clean with very very helpful and top-class staff. Central location of this non-smoking hotel was a bonus. In the evening we went to Shill&go, located at a medium distance from the property.

The room was updated and new-fashioned, ideal for 3 nights. It had a very comfy bed, a lounge, a kitchenette and a dining table. The breakfasts where very good and the service was friendly.

We enjoyed its very very good and absolutely superb breakfasts!

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was well-appointed and impeccably clean, had great views, magnificent location in the shopping mall. The service was excellent with an easy check-in. They offered concierge service at no cost too. Location: the venue was so close to Mérida. We ordered lunch at Siqueff, located near the venue.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiesta Americana! We used the hotel as a base to explore cenotes in the area and it was conveniently located near many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of Mexican and American options. The hotel also had a small shopping mall in the basement and auto rental places for added convenience. Couldn't recommend more this hotel!

The pool area did not have enough lounge chairs. There was plenty of space but it was not utilized.

Overall the staff was highly professional and highly trained. I was given beautifully maintained and new-fashioned room just how expected it to be with beer and tub, for instance.
